GP PTO August 2025 Meeting Agenda

• Call to order at 6:32
• Approval of minutes from the June meeting (Christina, Secretary) Lori, Jackie 
• Officers’ Reports
  • Co-President Erica Forthaus and Sara Faron. 
    • Banners are up they look great and we got 2 extra
    • basketball hoops up
      • Rockwood removed the basketball hoops saving us 1k
    • Front of school work complete
      • She is coming back to fix a few things and paint the pencil box 
    • Landscaping quotes (bad shrubs between the field and school)

    • Removal of dead tree
      • Stock family took it out for us 
    • Newsletter
      • 1 monthly newsletter and weekly posts as necessary like last year.
      • Please be sure to send flyers the Sunday before the first Wednesday of the month.

      • Program released on 8/13. We talked to staff about it when we handed off the letters, etc.

      • PTO pays for 1 field trip Bus per grade level

      • Kickoff will be the 15^th, registrations will start the 2^nd
