● Officers’ Reports
Co-President Erica Forthaus and Sara Faron: No big updates other than what
is listed
● ParentSquare posts
○ 12/4 monthly newsletter
○ 12/11 Pizza bingo sign up, parent pay info and more
○ 12/18- trivia post
○ 12/25- none
● Presidents Forum recap and future meeting date attendees.
○ Last meeting they talked heavily about info in the internet not
always being correct, talked extensively about teacher salaries
and test scores rising since 2020.
○ One person from each PTO is required PF

■ 1/8- Stanton 9:30-11:30- who is attending?
■ 2/12- Ellisville 9:30-11:30 whos attending?

● New student shirts
o They were purchased last year but invoiced this year and no one
on the board was aware of the purchase.
o ~$420 expense: need to vote on whether to pay it and where to
take it from.
o These shirts are purchased for new students- not Kdg- in bulk
provided by Counselors. They are only purchased every few
years.
o Vote Approved: to pay for the shirts pulling out ~$420 out of the
Wishlist bucket. 1 st Lindsey 2 nd Lori
o For Next school year budget we will need to budget annually for
this expense- should only be needed every few years.

VP of Fundraising Lori Richmeyer
● Gator Gear update: Update is pending since the sale just ended.

● Thankful giveaway update: Joy Lamb won
● Restaurant night update
o January: El Maguey 1/8
o Chuckee cheese: ~$121
o Panera: Lori is in contact with corporate. There are no totals

VP of Community Events Lindsey Lawson
● Pizza Bingo update
○ Lindsey will not be able to come. She will be there to help with set
up. Lori will be present also.
○ Security will be self staffed.
○ Emily will make copies of raffle tickets
○ Every kid gets a raffle ticket
○ Lindsey and Emily will go shopping for prizes
○ Papa Johns need a week and half in advance this year: order 5
extras
○ Check from ortho is outstanding still
VP of School Support Jackie Gallagher
● Snack Day dates-
○ 1/29
○ 3/14 pies? Susan?
● Conference meals for Feb: recommended to check with super smokers.
● Hammock update?
○ Ghosted by all contractors, still looking for a way to install

VP of School Community Emily Hewitt
● Spring Party plan: Carnival Themed
● Field day meeting?
○ Any update from PE/Specials will be reviewing with Angie soon.
■ Outdoor will be the plan
■ Wednesday the 21 st
■ After they talk to Angie they will meet with Angie
