Wildwoodhorse $2300, Wildhorse paid 9K for delivery, removal, and install

These are not concrete dependent and so the thought is that they would be installed after the playground is completed on Aug 8th

No one has significant issues, we want 2-4 hoops.

ACTION: Sara to review quotes, and then we will vote via email. We are in agreement that we will spend up to 15K

        • Angie spoke with other schools who have adjustable - mostly good reports…a few cautions 1) not always adjustable…just during school hours with adult assistance 2) if left too low outside of school hours, they get used inappropriately (recommended we install a lock)
        • I also reached out to LHS on the advice of our PE/Health Coordinator regarding other companies…they had no experience with outdoor hoops
        • I assume we’d have to coordinate with Rockwood facilities for install if the company doesn’t offer.
