● Restaurant night update
o Action: For May, Lori will look into ballwin sno cone.
o March 26- I Mac & Cheese 3-8pm
o April 29- Culvers
▪ 5 th graders can sign up to volunteer.
▪ Sign ups sheet did go out: post went out on Feb 15 th ,
● 1 st day of school kits link is live and some have already purchased.
● Spring Gator Gear Sale
o We will look at doing pre-sale. More information is needed

VP of Community Events Lindsey Lawson
● May 19 Food truck night
○ 5 trucks, 3 food 2 desserts.
○ Custodian is not needed for extra cost due to event being on
school night.
○ Action: Lindsey to let Sara know how many volunteers are
needed

VP of School Support Jackie Gallagher
● Conference Meal Update
○ Went over great. Pizza issue so Deweys ended up saving the day
● TAW plans/Committee
○ In our Appreciate Era
○ Volunteer request was sent out
○ Coffee truck likely the 8 th
○ Lilly’s ice cream truck will be here on the Friday,
○ Cinnamon Roll: Rebel Rolls truck will be here but not sure what
day
■ Action: Jackie to let Angie know by the end of next week

VP of School Community Emily Hewitt
● Spring Party was amazing!
● Field Day budget?
○ No field day conversations have been done
● Field Day lunch
○ Approved weather dependent
■ Action: Sara/Emily and Angie will meet to talk about
details
Administrator/Faculty reports
● Principal - Mrs. Angela Schott
● Marquee
▪ Rockwood will pay $3k for the same version of what
we have. If we go digital Rockwood will not help
support.
▪ Action: Sara will call the “Guy” to see if we can sling
a deal.

● Parking lot banners
▪ Let’s Replace
▪ Emily and Sara to coordinate on sharing their sign
guys.

● Game of Champions donation ($250)
▪ Decision to Approve $250: Jackie 1 st Lori 2 nd
▪ Action: Susan to look at budget impact next year.
● Playground Update:
▪ Angie brought photos
● Terf will replace asfault
● Sand pit will be relocated
● We will be able to open the car lane on the
park side.
● Playground and nature trail will be accessible

Update on hammocks
▪ We have a hammock guy to help with the clay holes.
● We will not be doing Cardinals Game next school year.
● City game will be Aug 30 th
● We are getting new key coded doors and some new smart
boards

● Assistant Principal - Mrs. Jen Mueller
● Faculty Representative - Mrs. Nikki Klein
● Follow up: Explore Teacher Grant Program and look at
making enrichment increased.
