o Food truck night gator sale: we will not have sales at that time

VP of Community Events Lindsey Lawson
● May 19 Food truck night
○ We are donating water and ice
VP of School Support Jackie Gallagher
● TAW recap
● Yard Letters (I’d like the following letters FFRS- I think that’s it)
● Hammock recap
○ Will be finished tomorrow
○ We will number the spots and take down the shades in the “off”
season. Hammocks will come in every day and stored in the stem
room bathroom
○ We can seal them in 6 months

● Field Day
● New family signs
○ We have 85
● Car magnets
○ We don’t see many
○ Emily will count the amount we currently have
● Shirts next year
○ We will definitely dry fit
○ All school one color Is doable

Administrator/Faculty reports
● Principal - Mrs. Angela Schott
● The grant that was applied for-for the seedlings and grass
was denied.
● Upgraded risers for performing arts, etc
▪ Would ~$1500 per section. We would we need ~4
● Personal - John Thomas Foundation info.

● Playground construction will begin May 27 th should be
completed by Aug 8 th
● Assistant Principal - Mrs. Jen Mueller
● Faculty Representative - Mrs. Nikki Klein

● Action: Will send a request for teachers to add to the wish
list by June1st
