Call to order at 6:30

Officers’ Reports

    - Voting for the 2026-2027 PTO Board

        APPROVED and offcially added to the chat
  - More options for meeting dates and times for next years meetings-
    - Add day time meetings every other month
      - Aug/Dec/Feb/April: in Person Open 6:30pm
      - Sept/Nov/Jan: Small in person during the day and Grant focused
      - Oct/March: Closed and Virtual
    - Add virtual options
    - Change 6:30 start time

- - Summer Meeting Dates
    - May: May 12th
    - July: July 14^th 6:30-8:30 pm at Wildwood Pub
  - Consider moving Boosterthon to later date in 2027-2028 school year = less % taken from profit
    - Sept was selected originally due to Christmas, trunk or treat, and using the money on the kids that are here.
  - Structures
    - Offering a refund or a try again this summer… She will try again in the summer due Aug 1
  - Filed Trip Suggestions
    - Olympia Gymnastics
      - Pond went there for Kindergarten, so cute
    - R+R mini pony ranch on Wildhorse
    - Jen is manning a google doc- share suggestions with Her.
    - Possibility of Teachers using Gator Grants to support Field Trips

    - As of April 3, 7 kits have been ordered (147 total last year) 45 Kits now
  - Gator Gear
    - Meet the teacher sale- Yes we will have samples and table
    - Gear always sells better when products are in person. We will target to have gear at meet the teacher and back to school events for the 26-27 school year.
  - Restaurant Night -
    - None in May
    - Summer event: yes Singers
    - Coming up with a plan for next year
  - Ice cream sales
    - Final numbers

  - Food Truck Night recap
    - Went Great! All trucks wanted to come next year.
    - Next year the cleanup should be considered

  - Emily’s Mom is looking at making a giant gator to hold a sign for restaurant nights

      - Difference is caused by new Tariffs and the larger bulbs.
      - Motion: PTO to pay $21K towards Digital Marquee: 1^st: Jackie, 2^nd: Michelle total 5

        Susan is absent and David is not voting.

      - A photo is desired- so request to have class shirts be the same color again
